REQUEST TO DELETE FACEBOOK-RELATED ACCOUNT DATA
E-Travel is committed to respecting and protecting users’ privacy and their right to control personal data in accordance with applicable Vietnamese law.
If you have used the Facebook login or registration feature on E-Travel and wish to request the deletion of personal data associated with your Facebook account, please follow the instructions below.
1. Data We Collect from Facebook When you sign in using your Facebook account, depending on the permissions you have granted, we may collect the following information:
- Full name
- Email address
- Facebook ID
- Profile picture (if permission was granted)
We do not collect your Facebook password or any other sensitive information from your Facebook account.
2. How to Submit a Data Deletion Request To exercise your right to request deletion of the relevant data, please send an email to: support@e-travel.vn
Recommended email subject: Request to Delete Facebook-Associated Personal Data
Please include the following information in the email body to enable prompt verification and processing:
- Full name
- Email address used to sign in / register on E-Travel
- Facebook ID (or link to your personal Facebook profile, if available)
- Any additional information that may assist with verification (if applicable)
3. Processing Timeline Upon receipt of a valid request, we commit to:
- Sending confirmation of receipt within 48 working hours
- Completing the data deletion process within 7 working days
You will receive an email notification once the process has been finalized.
4. Consequences of Data Deletion After the Facebook-associated data has been deleted:
- You will no longer be able to sign in to E-Travel using the previous Facebook account.
- Certain transaction / booking-related information may continue to be retained for the period required under applicable accounting, tax, and commercial transaction laws (where relevant).
We will delete or anonymize the data in compliance with legal requirements.
